Clearing the decks already too with Marlies staff going. Keefe and Co likely gone now too. New GM is going to more than likely bring his own people in and pair the minors to the new staff/systems.

GM - Gil or Prid internally wouldnt be bad at all. Stay away from the retread old boys. Tulsky wouldnt be bad either.

Coach - Still like Lavy or Gallant for behind the bench.

If Gil or Prid want the job. It's possible they enjoy the passenger seat and don't want the headache of the GM job. Can stay pretty cushy working for MLSE if you're not the guy getting axed every 5 years and having to move to another city for a job.
