But the "mutually parted ways," phrase is often used in these cases.

It could be that in the assessment of Shanny and the brass he hasn't done enough and was legitimately fired for lack of performance.

I didn't think Treliving was the worst but also he seemed to get himself in a spot where he was just spinning his tires and said (frank) it.

For coach, I'd either aim for Carbery from within or Brunette - both would seem to be excellent choices.

For GM, I don't know . . . Gilman from within? Botterill, Tulsky? Most of the old guard people talk about never accomplished anything, have drastically waned, or are simply dumb and overrated.
