I've always liked Montembault and I believe in him.

Not like I see a better option for us in the next 4 years, at least not from within.

At a 2.5M pricetag, it's not even a problem if he falls as our backup down the line.

if Habs pay Allen 3.8M, no reason for Monty to take anything less, especially if he has another good season next year.

I'm very curious to see what they decide to do in Primeau's case, I wish the Rocket would've had a deep playoff run and see how it goes for him but they got eliminated in a best of 3, which (frank)ing sucks as a series format lol.
