Can make a case that Reinhart has been Florida’s second most impactful forward behind Tkachuk this playoffs (perhaps third behind Barkov but it’s close).

Eichel is +500 for the Conn Smythe right now.

it’s a team sport, you don’t get this far without a deep team amongst other things.

Transit would makes sense, Eastern Hills is dying to be torn down and have something done with it.

They're (developer, Benderson maybe?) allegedly spending a whole, whopping $1M to fix the road. I don't know what's to fix, there's no room to widen it. The road runs over a literal swamp at its narrowest point. And the back side of Lowes, well part of the loading dock, is about 30' from the road. Unless they're building a frontage road right to the 290 and a new interchange which would cost a hell of a lot more than a measly $1M. But that's also exactly where the 990 starts so they'd have to go farther down. I have no idea how they're going to make it work.

Haven't actually been there in years so I'm not sure what it's like now but I was thinking the plaza northwest of transit and maple. There used to be a bocce club that made awesome chicken finger subs in the middle of it back in my day.

It's pretty built up there now. And there's a BJ's right at that intersection, but then, there's a BJ's right down the road from the new Costco site on Sheridan between NFB and Alberta
