I for one prefer the situation of EDM, over TOR.
EDM have 2 studs, a better balance down the lineup.
until TOR trade one of Matthews Marner Tavares.... they won't achieve anything.

For drinks I don't, 1$ and during the day when I'm my bathing suit I don't beucause carying money around is a hassle

Crosby and Malkin taking pay cuts to have a team around them really helped them win those 3 cups

Superstars dont usually do that. Toronto probably got in trouble the day they gave that deal to Tavares. Salary structure is really important with the cap and you can screw that up in a bad way.

He had to pay Matthews more than Tavares, because he was their main guy, and Marner managed to score more points than Matthews when his contract was up.

Messed everything up and before you knew it, 50% of their cap was allowed to 4 forwards.

Now if these 4 scored like McDavid and Draisatl in the playoffs, it could have worked. But they don't.

Marner can't produce in the playoffs, Matthews didn't have as good season as previously mostly because of his wrist injury.

The core group lacks CHaracter for the playoffs, changes are coming.
