Michkov, Smith, Carlsson or even Benson/Dvorsky/Leonard if Smith and Carlsson are gone and MTL does not want to take the chance on the Russian.

Talent wise...if Michkov is available, he should be the pick but obviously there is more to it than just talent in his case.

I think we all would agree that anybody would pick Connor McDavid 1st overall again if they did a re-do draft AS A PLAYER, but Jack Eichel is proving that he is not only a very good player, but also a fantastic GM, Coach and Jorts model.

not so much for the Oilers and Skinner. If I would be an Oilers fan, I would be very angry at the coach this morning. They decided to live and die with a rookie while they had a pretty good option sitting on the bench for them.

Feel like giving Campbell a shot wouldn't have been the worst idea. Look at how Bob is doing despite being a non-factor during the season.

you have to forget about the regular season sometimes when you end up in the playoffs. Talk to this to the Bruins.

Skinner was awfull and ended up being pulled 3 times in the last series. But he is a rookie and thats on the coach.

Campbell was very good in the playoffs when he was called upon but the coach refused to give him a start. Again, thats on the coach.

They just need to be above average, keep them in games. Plus Vega has a fairly solid defensive corps.
