Well… I don’t think it matters which team they play against…

The problem of the Leafs is that their top players are soft

For 3-4 years they change the players around the core when the problem is the core…

Honestly, would you take Matthews in Habs lineup at the salary he is paid? Non merci!!!

But ... but they look mighty purty on Facebook and the Toronto fefans lap it up like poodles while the Toronto media fawns over them like screaming school girls.

fire everyone, hire new management group.
sign ROR and Bunting.
trade one of Matthews/Marner for a package including picks and a top dman. also allowed to trade them both.
trade Murray or buy him out. the good new here is Leafs probably found their goalie in Woll.

and (frank) the Leafs

I don't see it the same way as you do.

ROR is way past his best years, if you sign him, it's for a much cheaper contract and not that many years.

Bunting is a guy that benefited with playing with 2 superstar players to inflate his stats. Good player but will likely ask for too much and fail elsewhere.

Matthews enters the last season of his contract next year... so he either signs a new one now... or is getting traded. There's no way the Leafs risk losing him for nothing at the end of the season for one last roll of the dice.

Nylander is in a similar situation. Although I feel like he performs when it counts.

I'm not Marner's biggest fan but with 2 years left, you keep him for now.

I also like Woll moving forward for them. Might have to pay to get rid of Murray though.

really?
I expect them to start next season with Monty and Allen, but to split the workload a bit more 50-50.

If Allen plays 50% of the games, get ready to pick tip five in 2024…

Can’ believe we will see that…. Tabarnak…
