So why the (frank) would we pick a (frank)ing goalie in first round???

Pick a couple in last rounds and have them fight in the Jello at the training camp…

I could see the Habs draft a goaltender "early" but not in the first two rounds.

Go for Adam Gajan!

- Scabeh

They have Frederik Dichow they need to take a decision on...they lose his rights on June 1st.

Curious to see Jakub Dobes play games with the Rocket next season.

There are a few exceptions where drafting a goaltender in the first round made/makes sense.

But usually yeah, go for one you like in the later rounds.

there are exceptions, Carey Price being one. this year it seems there isn't one though, as is the case for most years.

I feel like Dichow is pretty low in the depth chart.

He's behind Montembault, Primeau, Dobes... if you sign him where does he play? In Trois-Rivière?

In Trois Rivière will be complicated… He will have to rent the ice to the City…

not sure, cause I went with Vegas as my cups champs

a few went with Dallas or the oilers

I have Dallas losing in the conference finals, but I cant make points in the East anymore (I had the panthers losing in the conference final)

the decision was probably made when the season started Pat.
and it's them who niaise avec le puck. that should have been done years ago.

maybe so. but it's always better to make decisions with the fewest emotions possible clouding your judgment, personally I'd wait for the "media storm" in TOR to calm down a bit. but whatever, it's their call if they want to jump into it now.

I honestly don't know. He'd need to convince management he's the better option over keeping Allen.

Sounds like a tall order for him.

I fully expect him or Allen to get traded this summer.

reading between the lines I guess you're expecting Primeau to get traded..? not sure what kind of return the habs would get, probably not much unfortunately. kinda sucks if that happened because the habs did invest development time in him, but it is what it is I guess.
