Agreed. We just were sloppy and got right off our game. Need to regroup and refocus. At least we have found a way to consistently put pucks past Ottinger.

For better or worse it is Gru's net.

Jones really was a big reason for the team's success this season. That said from the start they spent the money on and hitched their wagon to Gru. Good news there is he has really shown up here in the playoffs.

Next year you have Gru and Dreidger, D'Accord as RFA and Stezka and newly signed Kokko. Will be interesting to see.

Jones was all over the map with his starts this year. Gru is far more stable back there at the moment. Ride the hot hand unless there's an injury.

Oh Gru has really stepped up no doubt about it there. His playoff mumbers are so much better. They will stay with him.

Regular season numbers were close between the two. Jones really struggled once they were platooning more. He completely lost his game, especially post ASG. Gru was bad too really. Its going to be interesting to see how the team evilves as the first and second waves of prospects all start to arrive.
