Hopefully they get a new GM in place so he can hire his coach. Backlund a great asset to trade, I’d rather get picks than another center, both Ruzicka and Dube can play center and there’s probably a player on the Wranglers that can center a 4 th line. Dryden Hunt could be this years Walker Duehr.

Agree. But I think before the draft is the best time to gauge player interest especially those 1 year UFAs and the draft is the best place to do business with all the GMs under one roof.

It’s a real tough situation for whomever comes in next. Most of the team underachieved. I hope they trade high on a couple of the free agents. At least that tells me they know this team needs an infusion of youth, skill, and speed.
