I dont even get them anymore. At the end of the day they cant prove that you ever received the letter.

Lol, no one is beating anyone up, it seems ridiculous but people do it all the time. Theres no way for the lawyers to prove whether you are or arent, but they hear it all the time.

They have no proof you ever received it. Even when I was younger and I got "subpoenaed" it wasn't sent registered mail. I showed for that but I was sent home after waiting for 3 hours with no explanation.

If they want to waste time to pursue someone not filling out a juror questionnaire then I don't know what to think anymore.

You can believe what you want to believe. I was 18 years old, it was suggested to me to go with the race thing, so I rolled with it.

I was summoned to jury duty once. Asked if I could be a juror, I said "Sure, but my sister is currently being sued by two lesbian women as result of fender bender. So I have my mind made up already for this case."

They let me go home.
