Yeah there's something in the development and assessment process that is very broken.

Might be that there isn't a process.

I haven't been this stress free in years it seems. I feel like they've hit rock bottom because this franchise had higher expectations and poop the bed. Now I just expect them to be bad and it is relaxing in a way.

I'm just not sure I will. I honestly just want to sell those jerseys. My wife was actually really happy to see the Zib jersey but also sad. She wants to go to games next year but I'm not sure I'm into it at this point.

That's why I said the day after the game after we were all mad. I stand by my take. There is something off here with developing players that were drafted. The only ones who've worked are the goalies. That is direct result from Benoit Allaire. Every other skills and position specific coach in the organization can be fired. Get rid of them.

I have so much to do and other things to focus on that I think it's a good thing for me personally. I just got promoted at work and will be busy with even more OT and I'm not sure how that would have been with a deep run.
