Crazy. Did u see Kane in his exit interview talking about possibly getting hip surgery and how the training staff did the best they could trying to get him to 100% but he never was. Insane that they would trade for a guy they knew was injured rather than making a different move. Terrible judgement.

the cap situation was so tight there wasnt anything they could have done and played short handed like they did, they weren't going to play a man short for some 4th liner

I still believe it was bring in Kane or just keep going with Brodzinski

ultimately Kane wasn't good but they lost because Panarin, Zib and Fox combine for 30 million dollars and only scored 1 goal in the series

Ya I’m not saying Kane is why we lost, but I definitely think he messed up the chemistry. Doing what they did playing short handed and all the hoops they had to jump through put Kane before the team, idc what guys say in public bc they have to, in private I don’t think that sat well.

The Gallant comments really show a disconnect especially if what Friedman and Staple report as to an argument after Game 4 is true.

if the Rangers had played Florida in first round like those guys did it would have been a much less suffocating series, not saying the Rangers would have beaten Florida, but it certainly would have been less painful to look at as it was for most of the series vs the Devils.
