It's quite a bit ahead, it's a mens league. Allsvenskan would be ahead of NCAA but behind the AHL in terms of quality.
Here's an NHLe project Patrick Bacon did in 2021 on how players project from different leagues around the world.

Wow I wouldn't have expected the AHL to be so low on the list, and the Czech League being above the SHL is weird, I wonder if that's just due to small sample size. |

I don't think the gap is as big as those numbers made it out to be but Allsvenskan is a men's league, many more older players than NCAA and better than teenagers of the CHL leagues.
Seems as if the good NCAA players that have trouble in the AHL are better players in the Allsvenskan.
This is another one I just found today written 2020 by someone who I never read his stuff before. His is a bit different than Patrick Bacon. NCAA is split into divisions in his.

It’s absolute horse sh!t written by the worlds biggest clown. The K is dominated by players that couldn’t hack it in the AHL. The AHL is the second most difficult league in the world and it’s not that close |

It's a very hard thing to specifically determine. A mens' league is better than a kids league. Doesn't mean all kids in men's leagues are better than kids in kids leagues.
NHLe is about scoring. Patrick Bacon's model was to try and add in age, height, weight and other factors.
Byron Bader's model is mostly scoring. He does have I believe over 20 teams subscribed to his work now a days though. Here is the NHLe for some of the top prospects this year.

I've always thought NHLe has been outrageous in the numbers. I mean 151 and 155 points in the NHL up until this year has been pretty ludicrous.
NHLe is just another tool to use when looking at prospects, not the be all end all. |

Why does he show us drafting 18th for NYI instead of Detroit?
EDIT: Apprently there is a rumor MTL may take Reinbacher at 5OA |

I couldn't tell you.
To your edit: I haven't heard that. It wouldn't surprise me. As was mentioned this morning during the Slovak game. MTL GM was in attendance and most likely to watch Dvorsky. He also coached Will Smith in junior leagues supposedly.
After watching some u18s and playoffs, I feel as if the top 10-12 might be more consensus than a couple months earlier. |

Martin is 27 - NorthNuck
Yeah I know, but he was definitely their best player last night. Hoglander was decent, Klimovich was invisible, Woo is a bust, you guys should hope he never plays for the Canucks. Couple of the other Canuck callups had moments, neither team looked in control of the game. Pretty amateur broadcasting, the Wrangler colour guy seemed to nod off for long periods leaving the play by play lady scrambling. |

#Canucks Lekkerimäki scores in the third period. He now has 14 points (5 goals - 9 assists) in 13* games.
Side note: I am writing a piece on his playoffs and #Canucks fans will be pleased with what they see. Looks like a different player in terms of execution and engagement |

Not hard to please Canuck fans when most were already calling him a bust. Hoglander 2-0 |

Hoglander kind of reminds me of Baertschi, I think he stands a better chance of sticking around than Sven did though |

Sven would have been a decent 50pt player if his brain didn't turn to mush. |

Burke hurt poor Sven’s feelings. Said he wouldn’t sign in Calgary and forced his way out of town. I’ll take Rasmus Anderson any day of the week, thanks Jim Benning! |

Another entitled pos. What’s wrong with these guys?
Guy has a great junior career with the Winterhawks, gets called up on an emergency recall. Scores 5 goals, then figures this is easy and stops working. |

The Rangers are a fun team to watch, but no one can deny a huge part of them being where they are is having a future norris winning Dman demand to be traded to them for basically nothing. - NorthNuck
Yeah, I don’t like when players collude like that. They always want to play in NY. Even naslund did it. |
