A lot of places don't really pay attention to block messages etc. Not enough time in the day. We do pay attention to certain buzz words and phrases and other harmful things etc. It rarely happens though.

It can be but it is really just looking for phrases indicating someone is a threat etc. I don't even want to type out examples but I think it might only look at search engines etc.

Searching for weapons and the like there's a chance to get flagged. Getting a block page from gambling or adult content nobody is going to blink at.
