More likely because of the contract than the trade if he gets fired. They needed a center and Bo was on fire all season and has had a very consistent career. Also his cap hit was very reasonable at the TDL. The slump was not easily predicted or anything. The contract is out of control though...

He could have a good next season and beyond still. You have a terrible habit of taking rare slumps and turning it into huge drama demanding trades or waivers on players that have good value. A player could be solid 97% of his career and it's the 3% that you use to define those players. A funny habit for someone who calls Canucks fans idiots all the time.

I feel that way about Vancouver tbh. Out of all the Canadian cities I’ve been to, honestly Toronto feels more like Canada when you interact with local people.

They are worse than Oilers fans, always the refs fault, when they lose.


Edit; they do have a point, Schenn's penalty was interference not crosschecking and the Cernak penalty was pretty cheesy, he got called because Bunting fell over, when Cernak got ready for him trying to give him a bump.
