Yup, although I'd prefer Dallas vs Florida.

Gary must be creaming his jeans with all four finalists being Southern US markets. His dream finally came true.

I don’t think this is his dream. From a revenue perspective he’d probably rather have the Rangers, Leafs, Bruins, Hawks etc in there. Vegas is a big earner, as were the Oilers, Kings and Kraken.

None of Dallas, Carolina or Florida are in the top half of the league.

All true, but he's put a lot of effort and money in trying to grow the game in the US South. Playoff exposure, what better way to attract new fans? Let's be honest, playoff hockey if far better than regular season hockey.

I mean, I guess those places having success is ultimately good for the game, as it attracts potential new owners and hundreds of millions in expansion fees.

Just out of curiosity, what is it about this matchup you don’t like?

I’ve enjoyed all the Panthers/Knights games I’ve watched during the playoffs, which isn’t all of them, but a few of each.

Vegas in 5

Turd will be unbearable.

Two teams I don't have much interest in. Both heavy forecheck and heavy up ice pressure teams. There is an art to being the best at it and they are.

I just like the styles of like TB, Colorado, Pittsburgh, New Jersey more.

I'm gonna have to go with Vegas here, I think the Panthers have lost any momentum they had with the 37 day lay off between the conference finals and the finals.

Turns out Minivan was right, for once, not a very entertaining final but I think injuries had something to do with that. Panthers just ran out of gas.

I dunno, it never looked like the teams were close to me, right from the opening face off. Just shows how bad the Bruins, Leafs and Hurricanes are that they got walked. Those three teams should blow it up.

Well, you'll have the new look Canucks to look forward to this fall!

I'm sure they'll give Vegas a run for their money!

As we know, Pierre-Luc Dubois’ agent Pat Brisson is working with the #GoJetsGo to help facilitate a trade and also work on his client’s overall bigger picture. There are lots of moving parts with multiple teams in the mix, and where PLD ends up will factor into any new contract.

If you could ever think straight, you would realize I'm right a LOT.
