for sure. the team in front of him has worked hard for a big chunk of the season but all those injuries definitely haven't made life easy for him. there's so much you can do with a fringe AHL roster...

Mounty’s showed he’s an nhl goalie this season, consistency behind such a depleted team is not hard to achieve but he’s done it. Can he be a legit number 1? Maybe not, but he’s definitely at least an nhl back up

lately they haven't looked all that good and it's been tougher to watch but I've been pleasantly surprised on many occasions this year. now I'm just hoping the hockey gods will be generous with the habs for the draft lottery, and that moving forward the team can figure things out with this injury plague they've been experiencing.

I was talking in general, I know it turned out to be an awful trade and an awful contract but fans have been relentless since the beginning. anyway whatever happens I'm glad it's over, and I wish him well, if he can manage to have some success with another team away from the MTL pressure, good for him.
