I didn’t watch the 3rd but that was by far the best game I’d seen Hirose play. Was moving the puck and not just passing it to Myers.

Fantilli’s comment about if they play their way they are the best in the country might have been the ammunition that Quinnipiac needed. They are out.

You always take the best player available, or slightly move back, drafting in the top end of the draft for need gets you kids like Virtanen, Kotkaniemi and Barrett Hayton. The latter two aren’t bad players but they had an opportunity to take much better players.
