This is essentially the preseason. Totally makes sense to me. I guess the games that I was thinking of were preseason, but no big deal to do it now when your team is in full evaluation mode.

Not sure what you're watching? The Sens have been initiating every bit as much as the Flyers have been, but okay.

That is why you need Nick D on your team. I don't care how skilled and fast the NHL game becomes, there is always a need to defend your teammates, especially in the playoffs.

It’s more proof that you’re missing the point. A guy who works his ass off and plays with heart gets the attention of his coach and ice time. Every winning team has had this guy. What does this teach young kids? That you can have ND skill and get to play if you work hard. That’s a valuable lesson.

You can sit there in your Darth Vader outfit and play this like an RPG but unfortunately for you life is not a table top game.
