they have more than a year to do so : https://www.lapresse.ca/s...ionnat-avant-les-pros.php

as mentioned by Brunet, Davidson has to accepted an AHL level contract. If he wants an NHL contract, tougher discussion. He would be UFA next summer.

Drouin finally given a fair chance to play enter.

Enjoying the Evans-Gallagher combo.

they look really good together, nice chemistry going on there, I'm curious to see if Ferrell can profit from it a bit

Also, I just think they are happy to be playing games right now.

Gallagher looks refreshed and super energetic, too. Not struggling to get around the ice.

read that Gallagher has been playing better since he came back. If only he could maintain that next season.

and looking at the line up, Im not sure why saint-louis would not want to play Farrel, lol

I think he wanted him to at least have one practice with the team before playing, which makes a whole lot of sense.

L'attaquant Kirby Dach ratera un minimum d'une semaine (haut du corps).

Forward Kirby Dach will be out for a minimum of one week (upper body).

of course, I guess they don't have to confirm if it's a concussion or not... whatever.

I think he's talking about last game, Saint-Louis mentioned that this was a question for Hughes when asked why he was playing before getting a chance to practice with the team.

because it was part of the negotiation to get him signed, that was agreed with with HuGo, not MSTL

yup, and that's cool, but I understand Saint-Louis to not agree 100% with this as well.

I think it's especially the "no practice" part that bothered him, as it does lack a bit of professionalism... even if the season doesn't matter it's still the NHL lol. but hey, the kid got to play his first NHL game in front of his family, which is also part of the reason why Farrell played in Philly, so that's cool.

I think wanting a kid to at least practice once with the team before inserting him in the line-up is pretty much self-explanatory...

why would they do that?

no nhl team does that

the upper, lower body thing is league wide

they may not even know if its a concussion at this point and if it was, thats really hard to figure when said player would be ready to come back and fans would female dog about the time line as well....

yeah, I don't feel like arguing this morning, I just wanted to know because he has a concussion history, and it's simply not a good thing moving forward, that's all.
