Looks like Matt Martin trying to land punches against Zdeno Chara when the latter was on the Caps.

Nope only guys smaller then him. I think he has lost his last 5 fights or so. Not saying he got killed by he doesn't do much against guys his size. Lot's of holding on. Maybe a little gun shy since Morin on Philly dropped him

I only remember him losing fights to two guys decisively........ Morin and Reaves. But he also hasn't won any fights decisively either in the past couple years. Just lots of holding on and wrestling.

I hope Holmstrom has a big night tonight. But based on his play in the last game, I would give Ross a shot.

Gudbranson last year and even Deslauries gets the edge since all RJ did was hold on. Again didn’t get killed but didn’t win and didn’t look good in any of those fights. I hate to say this but I think he is a fugaze tough guy🤣🤣

Holmestrom is still better on the d side of the puck, Ross sucks and should be in the same rocket to the sun as Bailey

I'd still rather he deal with Wilson tonight. Matt Martin has never taken on Wilson and he's not likely to. Martin had a chance years ago when Wilson ran Visnovski into the next county during the playoffs, and instead he left it to Lee to fight Wilson.

The Isles appear completely incapable of establishing offensive pressure. Meanwhile the Caps are increasingly dominating play

The Lee, Horvat, Fasching line looks completely unable to establish any offense. Fasching has made some nice defensive plays but otherwise, these guys are just too slow together
