The good news:
The Toronto Six won the Isobel Cup last night, defeating the Minnesota Whitecaps.
The bad news:
Somebody thought it would be a brilliant idea to hold the championship at Mullet Arena - a place where they can't even franking attract NHL fans.
WTF?
If they had marketed this properly (reach out to all the GTA girls' and women's hockey associations), they could have sold out the lower bowl at Scotiabank.
I know I would have bought four tickets.

WTF?
If they had marketed this properly (reach out to all the GTA girls' and women's hockey associations), they could have sold out the lower bowl at Scotiabank.
I know I would have bought four tickets.

Magic number for the Leafs clinching 2nd place is 10. Any combo of Leafs points earned and Tampa points lost equaling 10 and we have home advantage.
And magic number for clinching a playoff spot is 1. Any combo of Leafs points earned and Florida points lost equaling 1 and we are in a playoff spot. Let's hope Florida wins tonight, so our game against them on Wednesday has added incentive.

Why is it Hurricanes and not Hurricane? Is Carolina trying to say they are multiple hurricanes happening all at once, or is it an aggregate of hurricanes?
Should it be Lightnings?
