Lab-grown chicken has taken a step closer to hitting American grocery stores, as the FDA cleared cultured "cultured chicken cell material" made by GOOD Meat as safe for use as human food.

injuries help

no way the habs pick would be that good otherwise

but people should be worry about this

habs need to fix that problem asap

otherwise they will never be able to compete down the road and their young players wont progress

for sure, this team was built to finish/draft 10-12th if healthy, injuries are the main reason they are in a top 5 position....maybe

Now if they can get some luck at the draft lottery, they could end up with a franchise player, the silver lining after a poopty season

I'm having a hard time to make my wishlist for the upcoming draft.

There seems to be so many good/interesting picks to make wherever we end up.... it's going to be hard to make the right choice.

A solid draft this year, maybe another move from HuGo with Florida's pick for more help on D (RHD) or wing. They have good young talent drafted the past few years coming up, there is hope for the future but we have to be patient, it will take a few years. Of course staying healthy starting next season should help, this is a problem they must address in the off season.

it wasn't fantastic by any means, but I do appreciate the team's drive compared to last year, guys seem to play with pride and hang in there, which is nice to see. if you don't watch the games and only look at the results it's a bit more depressing imho.

One problem is guys coming back not ready, they tend to send guys back on the ice quickly. Injuries like Anderson last night will happen but the Ghule situation where he got hurt on the ice, came back right away and finished the game only to realize he has high ankle sprain and he is done for the year, this is incompetence on the medical side IMO.

perhaps Guhle and Monahan's injuries could've been better handled, but I doubt the vast majority of the injuries are due to incompetence from the medical staff, at some point it's just out of their control.

too many injuries once again and some of those guys needed to play

the injruy to Monahan started everything. They had way better results before that. The centre line is major for any team.

I would be curious to know how many games Dach played this season as a C, cause they waited a lot before using him there and then he went down himself.

MSL mentioned during the post-game last night that the intention for Dach was to be at the center position, because of match-up circumstances he played on the wing against TB and it sure looks like it was the right call, he did great, kinda looked like where he left off before his injury.

2 years in a row, at that level? no way

and we have seen guys coming back too soon or the team being careless and sending back players on the ice, over and over again

I think they did a good job with Dach, they buitd his confidence back on the wing playing with Suzuki and Caufield, he was a different player when he went back to center.

sure, I agree

But they had no solution when Monahan went down.

And when Dach was finally used as a C, he got injured a few games after that.

Hopefully he can stay healthy next season so habs can see what he can do playing as a C behind Suzuki.
