I’m defending a kid showing up to a bar seeing an empty wheelchair (not thinking it belongs to anyone) and seeing his buddy almost push it down and then him taking it one step further. Does the latter really deserve public damnation + 3 misdemeanors + a civil suit?

And I was more replying to where he said the charges were to strengthen the civil suit. I think the video is more than enough to get a civil judgement. If you were sitting on a jury and you saw an åsshole throw a brick through a store window would that not be enough?
