Good article
In the small small world I "know" Mike McKenna

The cynic in me says the Bills became good despite the Pegulas.

They hired McDermott so credit is due there. Maybe they lucked out, but as fans, I will take the luck there.

And all you gave up was

Olofsson, Bryson, a 2nd and a 5th .....

Meier- olo
Chryrun - Bryson
Bear - 5th
Crouse - 2nd

Playoff bound 🎯

- Boss34

Sure, Hey I think Kevin called maybe you can go over and give him a Vibes talk. He probably needs it after the Team getting on there knees the last 10 games.

Maybe, tracking the puck is the first important thing, there is a lot more to it obviously as we have seen in Comrie's play...

As much as Adams gets (deserved) flack for making Comrie the solution to the goaltender problem, injuries didn't help him this year at all.

Bills signed WR Trent Sherfield, formerly of the Dolphins, to a one-year contract.
Sherfield turned in his best season as a pro in 2022, posting career highs in nearly every receiving category. With a line of 30-417-2, Sherfield finished third on the Dolphins in receiving yards last season while averaging 4.7 YAC/REC. With experience both out wide and in the slot, Sherfield has the versatility to line up at various spots. Still, it's hard to imagine him having much fantasy upside this early into the offseason, and with the draft still to come. If the Bills don't invest top draft capital into receivers, Sherfield's fantasy stock could see a slight boos

He was an undrafted WR out of Vanderbilt, bounced around from Arizona to San Fran and Miami.

Speed and more speed. He will have to fight for playing time in Buffalo

Does anyone have an update on if Ryan Johnson will sign with Buffalo when his season ends? Thanks
- scol354412

I have been told it is going to happen. He wants to burn a year to get closer to that cheddar.

I'm still of the mind he's a third pairing guy at best, but we shall see apparently.

Seems like he has a good attitude. We'll see if he can ball out with more opportunity. Not upset at it.

For the Sabres, they never, ever, invested in experience at the top of the organization. It has always been first time presidents, first time gm’s….when we did hear about a meeting with a well respected hockey GM that lives in the area, Kim simply put her foot in her mouth.

Wanting a cup, putting the money up to build a cup team is great. But when you cheap out on your President and GM hires, this is what you get.

To be fair, if we're going to use that argument, Brandon Beane is a first-time GM, and Sean McDermott is a first-time head coach.

Looks like Adams is gonna use another Draft to fill the Caufer some more. Probably be picking around 10 unless we win the Lottery. So let's get this started. Not all but most of these players should be Available when the Sabres pick:
William Smith C- USNDP we will be Lucky if he is still on the board, depends on if any D sneak into the top 10.
Danil But LW- Could be the next Tuch
Oliver Moore C
Brayden Yager C
Zach Benson LW-RW
Colby Barlow LW-RW
Defenseman
David Reinbacher RD- If we are sitting at 10 or 11 and he is still there He would be my selection.
Axel Pellikka RD- High End
Dmitry Simashev LD- A bulldozer who can Skate. Hopefully available in the 2nd but doubt it
Tanner Moldenyk LD

And that speaks to a bit of luck. You’d think after 12 years they’d or even when they hired Adam’s, it may have been time to lean on experience at that point. But clearly the President knew more than an NHL lifer.

I have liked a bit of what Adam’s has done, I am disappointed on him not helping the team at the deadline. I’m annoyed with his handling of the goalies and missing on some clear upgrades through the year.

This off-season is going to be huge for him. Dahlin may be the sign of times to come.

He better find a 1a goalie. Levi/UPL/Comrie just isn’t acceptable in 2023/24.

And he better find a d man or 2…
