That was a really weak penalty, that'll likely not get called in the playoffs. Because hockey is stupid and the rules change for the playoffs.

Maybe, maybe not. It's such a weird crapshoot of Reffing at the start of the playoffs. Once they get into later rounds and start culling crews things get a bit more consistent. There are still bad calls, but with fewer crews working, the players seem to know what to expect called and what they can get away with.
