Yup. That's him.
As long as TSN gets more than Spoertsnet, is mostly what I care about. - GreatGigInTheSky
Duthie mentioned on his Pod awhile back that they were stunned by the decision and still dont really understand it. TSN was far better then and still is.
Sportsnet has never been great and somehow seem to be getting worse. |

The Leafs are trying to experiment with their lineup, going down the stretch. With 6 new bodies, at the Trade Deadline, they have to find what works. Last night, they experimented with trying to lock down a game and had success. Trying to limit odd man chances takes away from their offense, but that game could have went either way. It also proves that Samsonv is our guy for game one. He's dialed in and ready to go. Murray, take a seat and book your flight to Robidas Island, next year. Tampa is starting to ramp up their game and tonight's game in Jersey will give you an indication of what they're going to be like, come playoff time. The 11 forwards, 7 defenseman nonsense needs to go. The Leafs game is stagnant, due to already knowing who they're playing in round 1. - PrinceLH
Agreed.
I get that they want to get some reps in for their d-corps but this format is (frank)ing stupid. Keefe is galaxy braining this. |

Rielly was also fantastic last night. Easily his best game of the season.
And outside of mishandling the puck on the poopty OT ice, Liljegren was great, too.
Leafs are gonna need the both of them playing to their abilities going into the playoffs.
Matthews getting healthy. Samsonov playing fantastic. Things you love to see. - GreatGigInTheSky

Not a bad game by the Leafs
Samsonov was excellent and if the Leafs want to go deep one of their goalies have to step up so that was a very good sign
11 and 7 is okay, I want Schenn in there, I think he will give a trickle down effect with the rough stuff
I am fine with giving the 11 and 7 a run just because if there are injuries to the forward group in playoffs I think 11 and 7 is more optimal than throwing out Steeves and Holmberg
I think 12 and 6 will be the optimal lineup when filly healthy
Games don't matter here so just try things and get both goalies ramped up
Also great game by Mo, hopefully a sign of things to come. I feel a lot more comfortable with this team right now with AM ramping up too. - Santo_44
This is highly debatable. |

I don't think its stupid, it just takes time to adjust.
Its not a bad card to have considering the depth on D.
People need to relax a bit when they see the lines, it doesn't mean its the playoff lineup
ffs if it was I am sure at this point Sammy would be getting every game. He is the guy. |

Sure, debatable.
Thats why you make it an option, instead of putting guys like Holmberg and Steeves in meaningless games. Develop a card you can play.
TB won with 11 and 7 before.
This isn't about scratching out wins right now. |

I remember at the time TSN was pissing me off, because of their insistence of putting Pierre McQuire on Leafs games, and that was enough for me to welcome the change to Sportsnet.
But now TSN got rid of that buffoon. Just need them to wash their hands of Button, Feschuk, and Simmons. They're all (frank)ing morons. |

Oh, yeah. That was the other day, yeah? Guess it's because you don't got Toronto Maple Leafs under your name. - GreatGigInTheSky
Nope. People should make their posts clear. When it's strictly about the points with a dumb emoji every time it looks like a different message is coming across. This is a text forum. I can't discern poop like "Sandin got 3 points.
" as "Man...I really like this kid. I'm glad he's doing so well"
That doesn't come across as that as all. |

Yeah I think we can all agree Pierre was/is annoying as hell. I think they will cycle out the others you mentioned as new talent comes up.

I completely understand where you're coming from, because a lot of douche bags come here often and do just that, and it's your job in here to make sure it doesn't happen, but Peter is here a lot. I think we all know that's not him.
But maybe I just know because I talk to him a lot. |

The fact he was never banned for it is because he's here often and he was asked about it. I never banned him for it. I can ask someone or "call someone" out for something they post.

Hope so. It annoys me that the only reason that Feschuk is ever on TV is because he asked one of the stupidest questions of all time and got called out for it. |

The dynamic duo-
Serious, though. They're likely to just give Dreger more air time, which kinda sucks. I feel like Bobby Margarita will be "half retired" for a few years, still.
Need someone to get good at the job and just stick to that part, too. Because Elliottee Friedman was great at that and then they moved him into a role where he has to give his opinion, and his opinions are, for the most part, horrible.
Just be an insider and that's it. That's what I want to see. |

True. Yesterday on OD they talked about it and ran the Phil clip, with Feschuck on the show. Best part of the three hours. |

Want him to get as many games as possible to get him comfortable. |

I know he wants to win.
But (frank) the Gophers, he can win on the Leafs.
Don't care about the rest of his team, they can start golfing for all I care.
Give him a day to cry, fly him in to Mondays practice and throw him on the ice on Tuesday |

I am relaxed and I think it's stupid.
IMHO, it's an unnecessary and unnatural format to roll out. Keefe wants to buck convention, cool - but I get to say it's stupid in a calm and rational manner, sir. |

TB won a cup with it.
Nothing wrong with having more cards to play thats for sure.
Also trying things and giving it a run is good. No need to stick to one thing especially when wins mean nothing right now. |
