I'm going to need to see a prolonged sh!t streak from them to think anything like that...like maybe if they drop 3 or 4 in a row haha...maybe - MattStrat
I mean I’m not saying they suck all of a sudden. Just that I didn’t see a dominant unbeatable force in 2 games against Detroit over the weekend. Something isn’t right when you are trying to comeback from multiple goal deficit in back to back games against Detroit and their partial AHL lineup. |

The dude has had a hard on for plugs as long as he's been here, not sure why anyone's surprised by this. - j.boyd919
If Carter scored goals he’d hate him too. |

Carter got an assist on an empty net goal. Yay!
He can't score or can't play defense anymore. What's the point of him? You just can't admit he's over the hill.
Malkin, absolutely his effort is uneven. Kind of always has been which is what separates him from Sid in my mind. So I won't argue that. But when you score as much as he does, you get some passes.
Carter doesn't because he doesn't do anything anymore. Great player for most of his career, just not anymore. - Tojo.
I just don’t get some weird self esteem boost out of poopting on him all the time. I like to root for players. I’ve been rooting for Malkin to clean up his poop storm of easily avoidable errors for years now. |

The last time a forward was having as much trouble producing offense as Carter is now you were rooting for him to crash his car into a tree. |

It's not personal. People aren't sh!tting on the man. They're sh!tting on his play. He's significantly hurting their chances of winning hockey games and it's obvious. Everybody on that team knows it. Most importantly, the coach knows it.
If Sullivan would have cut down his games, maybe he'd be a little more effective in the games he plays. I think he's fading fast now that the schedule has picked up late in the season. Yesterday might have been his worst game so far. He should never dress on B2B's, but I don't think they have another forward right now. |

I believe I said minor car accident. And they didn’t kill penalties or win face offs. |

Man I literally thought Carter was on the ice for every goal last night. Somehow a guy that can’t play defense spent an entire game in his own zone and didn’t give up a goal. Since when he’s on the ice he has every thing flows directly through him. Well only the bad. |

If Nylander is on emergency recall, then every available forward dresses, no-one gets the press box. If another forward gets hurt, Pens will need another LTIR to make an emergency recall. |

Nah you crap on certain Pens players all the time.
It's not a self-esteem boost. Carter is cooked. He gets talked about a lot because everyone is frustrated he keeps being used and up until a week ago in a prominent role. |

Nah. You said it many times too. It’s okay to admit Carter is no longer an everyday NHLer. |

Not touting this ranking just stating what TSN has I stand by what I said If they get goaltending they can play but Casey the Sieve is not the answer
When they show desire they get results but they do not do that all the time For all the talent they have they are under performing. This Core should have better overall results I still blame MAF for their past failures MAF number one overall Sid number one overall Malkin number 2 overall Who is the weak link in those three I think the answer is obvious |
