And love the compete level Luke has these guys playing with . Reichel is a keeper and Raddysh Guttman are playing well .Mrazek was the star of the game for the Hawks .

I haven’t read extensively or thought a whole lot about the first overall choice in the NFL draft. Whether the Defensive line player or the run of qB’s they do not have the special qualities of Bedard

Anyway the Bears received a bounty which is about what they should deserve for that first pick. I have some doubt that Fields will become an alll around great QB and I don’t know if NFL reviews fall in love with any of the WR suggested could go early round one.

So I get the logic to get the stud WR and all the picks this AND next year. With the top defensive lineman in the draft tainted by his recent arrest, the Bears liked this trade more than drafting anyone else first overall Y/N? I’ll say yes

With 32 teams spreading talent around in a cap strapped environment, there is a very fine line between winning and losing in today´s NHL. This makes tanking so difficult even with what looks like a very thin Hawks lineup. Years back you could look at a day´s game schedule and quite accurately predict the wins and losses.

Conversely, by adding little to your lineup (Bedard maybe) a team´s fate can quickly change.

I hear what you are saying and its also funny how good teams seem to play down to lesser teams Florida announcers mentioned a few times last night and I know the Leafs are guilty of it .Hawks did their part last night most of the game, out shot out chanced. Mrazek just didn't get the memo , that's just reflex hard to blame him. Hoping for HAWKS regulation time loss tonight And SJ and CLB wins #TankhardforBedard

Jones can be madding at times a lot of times but he is a true 1st pair D man who is playing on a truly awful team and I feel he often try's to do to much .Say we are fortunate and get Bedard fingers crossed, then we are IMO on the fast track for rebuild and Jones will come in pretty handy maybe more so then a DBC would be at 9 mil .Even if we miss the golden boy ther is a lot to like with top 3 and the Russian kid is a real wild card . Could he drop far enough for the Hawks too package their other 1st and a couple 2nd rounders and grab him in the middle of the 1st .Bedard and the Russian kid in the fold. 2023 draft Home Run !!! .Ok dreaming out loud
