Perry did slash him right before. Of course, he did not need to retaliate with a spear. |

Nobody should feel sorry for Corey Perry but Tony DeAngelo should probably be suspended.
If Iām Torts, should DeAngelo get suspended, when he gets back Iād scratch him for an extra game just because we scored on right after his penalty. |

I agree, but that scene tells you a lot about the team. Four or five Lightning players jumped TDA and no Flyer player came in hard to help. |

i hope this tdl taught people you can't have a bunch of poop tier players no one wants that just aren't good enough. we have no elite talent so we have nothing trade a the TDL and our players aren't poopty enough to tank for 1st overall |

Crybabies are crying because the MN wild chose not to wear their rainbow jerseys for pride night.
Love it! They have every right to not support what they don't believe in or care about.
The NHL needs to stop forcing this on teams.
Absolutely amazing decision |

I didnāt see it this way at all. I think this group has had each otherās back all season. Regardless of what people think of ND, if heās out there, heās backing his boys up. You have to take into account who is on the ice and one of those guys was JvR. The F is JvR going to do?
My issue with this team has nothing to do with team toughness. Itās the lack of talent but most importantly how nobody looks like theyāre on the same page in all 3 zones. The confusion sometimes. Turnovers. Miss Q on passes. You can still be a talentless team and still make basic passes and plays. |

After tonight's game I have figured the players I want removed from this roster for next season. JVR is gone which would be one of them. Then I want Hayes, Sanheim, and Angelo gone. These guys can't come back under any circumstances! Hayes and Sanheim aren't Torts type players, and Angelo just isn't worth all his other issues. I mean, what possesses a player to spear another dude in the nuts after the play is ova. In the heat of battle stuff happens, but this was premeditated. Suspend him forever for all I care cause he is nothing more than a selfish turd. I was hoping they would just let the Bolts beat the crap out of him. He has a hate the face look and I want to throat punch him when I look at him....lol! Torts has to be wishing that he had stayed in TV at this point. Frost scored and then went end to end on a rush, and then he gets the puck back and friggin passes it from the slot. WTF!! |

He was nearby and grabbed Perry a few times. Then you had JVR and Frost out there. What are they gonna do? I guess they could blow them kisses or hit them with their purses? |

Stupid move by TDA but it was a little poke and embellishment by Perry. Yes Laughton was the only one who bothered to drop his gloves and tried to defend a teammate. JVR, Frosty, and Yorky pretty much did nothing. I sure miss the days when everyone would hop in and at least make the attempt to help a teammate. Heck, even Pelle Eklund dropped em one time against the Pens.

Did not watch the game. I did see the spear video. Could not have happened to a more deserving player.
If TA gets suspended I am fine with it. I think the five minute major was probably sufficient enough punishment though. |
