I still think they are on a two year change. Like I said they did some good. I also agree with Booner that they themselves have made some bad signings and trades.

Cap is the next big moves. Not cuz of it being tight but more to get flexibility & not so much wasted on the D. Idc if D doesn’t improve as much as less cap spent on D is a good start. If enough cap can get shuffled out then a good UFA D could be the next move. Winger logjam also probably gets addressed.

They are not going to run two D on the 1st PP unit. They are not taking Hughes off the 1st PP unit. He's going to be 2nd unit. 25 seconds per PP... so dream on.
