Gifs and insults is his contribution to hockeybuzz.

Geez KY why so mean can't you just get over it all? We love your little contributions here of course it's similar to having Markstrom for another three years at 6.5 mil.

Bo never had the room. He was a dogpoop leader and his teammates didn’t respect him. Only a clown would want to pay him that absurd contract
- CanuckDon

Yeah afraid this could be spot-on. I lobbied for Bo as Captain but was off on that assumption he could lead adequately. Oh well I wish him the best in NYI but if Bo stays there for the full 8 years he'll never see the cup final even one time.

I don't think they care about picks.
- VANTEL

lol doesn't appear that way having already moved two out to get Hronek. I hold out hope that Allvin has a plan to recoup some.

There has to be more coming. You don't make a huge move like that and say that is it. There needs to be at least five more follow up moves. It is sit back and wait time.

Elliotte says VAN/PIT had conversations on JTM, VAN needed a young centre coming back which would involve a 3rd team. They couldn't pull it off, they may revisit it again. (about 8 min mark)

That story isn’t going away and you can’t trust GM’s to tell the truth on negotiations. Perhaps it was talked about and left at what ifs. Though which 3rd team is giving away a young center for picks?

RT is evaluating the current roster, decisions in the summer who goes and who stays, he likes pizza man on the 4th line they called him up again.

They really have nothing left to work with other than this and next season's 1st.

They clearly don't. Why DET is a good trade partner.

He should be gone next year. Dries I think could still be here but they are actively looking for a center.

1) I don't think OEL sees another game
2) Myers traded after bonus.
3) Sign an Orlov type Dman UFA
4) Find 3C
5) Get rid of Boeser

I think these five things will be done before the start of next year.

Via 3-way deal with PIT perhaps.

Detroit doesn't have a Hughes, Pettersson or Demko caliber player.
- Pres.cup

I would take Seider over Hughes

Canucks seem to be the most active team this season. The tinkering continues of course but the cost might be hard to accept.

Are they actively looking for center aside from replacing Miller IF they trade him?

We were talking DeGuissepe. Miller I don't see being moved.

They don’t. All they care about is keeping Pouty and Hughes. That involves being all in and this is the direction set by Aquilini

Six trades. I assume they could care less what we think. Trading those two draft picks made me think they are going all in.

Exact same as it looks with him on the team. OEL is just one of many many problems this team has.
- bloatedmosquito

No OEL would mean cap to keep Horvat or have an actual top 4D to round out this team.

Step 1: Boeser on waivers. If management does this I’ll forgive them for all their mistakes. They done a lot of positives (like the handling of Bruce), but the Boeser contract was a real dagger to the fanbase and common sense
- CanuckDon

They should have papered him down to the AHL....
