Dare to dream lol. Tocchet would be a fool not to try him there with Hughes IMO. With Horvat gone that opens up another spot on PP1 potentially depending how Tocchet wants to work the lineup. Sure Kuz and even Boeser can pick up minutes on PP1 just that Hronek gives us a great option to try there.

It didn’t make sense for the Wings to be. Still building but some very good D prospects coming up or soon. Edvinsson & Wallinder. Still don’t like their C position but they could get 1-2 this draft in the 1st.

I highly doubt they are going to completely overhaul their 1st PP unit strategy from having a playmaking QB on the blue line distribute the puck and cycle it for shots from the circles and bumper spot to long bombing it from the blue line just because they picked up a 2nd D pairing guy who has a decent shot. They will probably employ that strategy on the 2nd unit since there is a lack of shooting forwards/playmakers on it.

I'm excited to win some games to ruin the chances at a high draft pick. Let's go!
