Agreed, I'd take Pasta over Nylander, but I also remember the feeling when Nylander signed for more than Pasta. And now that contract is considered a bargain by many.

I mean I tend to think of it this way - Pasta signed for $11.25 and most people think it's a pretty fair deal.

I love Nylander - and have been a supporter of his in 99% of the discussions we've had - but I still don't think he should be getting more than $9.5m - and that's the higher end.

Harder to trade Kerfoot then you think (L-NTC), and It doenst sound like they want to trade him. Certainly not going to pay to give him away. They like him, and have stated that many times.

Yes, he wanted depth, but the main thing was to get under the cap. Is Keefe going to play Schenn over Holl? Id say thats unlikely. If he does, Holl goes to depth.
