Worth it.

Some coaches will change lines up mid for a number of reasons. Not just being down a goal. Some don’t…so not every coach does this.

Its not a disagreement. You are stating something that is untrue. You’re wrong. There are a lot of opinions and no right one a lot of the time with hockey. The point you were making (EVERY coach switches things at same clip)was wrong though. It would be like having an opinion that Wayne wore 98. He did not.
I will stop calling you names when you stop telling me what to do.

GM: attempts to build a roster that can compete and has depth…check

Coach: utilizes the roster put together and inputs a system and lines to compete. He prepares the players…we will see

Players: perform…we will see

So, I am aware the GM puts the team together. He has. He has done well. Now up to Coaches/Players to execute.

Boston and Tampa seem to get it! Not saying it’s easy, just saying Dubas and Keefe have had many years to figure this out! I’m Not giving up on this group yet, but if they fail in the 1st round again……to me, Dubas and Keefe gotta go.

Ya man I hear what you’re saying. Maybe they both do need to go if this isn’t any different again. I’m just saying that in my opinion Dubas did his job enough. There are enough quality players mixed with enough high end talent to make this roster work. I feel like they have finally gotten that heavier type presence in their lineup now… I said earlier though that maybe his tender choices weren’t the greatest or at least the safest.

I like that you are still behind this roster. I wouldn’t give up on this team either. Real good team man - just need a few reps together you know

Or the Rangers. Or the Devils. Lots of obstacles in the East. And the Leafs lose most of the goaltending match-ups which means the team in front of the goalie is going to have to be on point every game.

Love Sammy. He is why we are where we are really but even Im not sure he is the answer. Not a lot of tested starters out there. Saros? Gibson? And have to be someone taking Murray on unless we can Tonya Harding him and put him on Robidas Island.

Bad game but 1/3 new team and Keefe has to figure things all out. Team is a bit unsettled clearly. After friday and with more practice with the new faces expecting things to settle more.
