Well I guess Engvall and Horvat were our trade deadline. I didn’t agree with the Horvat trade, no reason to cover why again, but if Lou can have an incredible offseason and put a competitive team on the ice next season it was a good deadline. If we make the playoffs great but I’m more focused on what this team will look like next season. I’m excited to see what Engvall can do and whether he can elevate his game a bit.

If Lou comes back as GM, he needs to have a very good offseason. He cannot wait as long as he did to make moves. Lou also needs to be more flexible in his approach to UFA's and building this team.

If only it was the Hawks GM calling Lou. I’ve never seen an NHLer have such a long tenure and no spot on a roster. It’s amazing how many years Baileys had here with no linemates
