All true but still time will tell what will come of it all & how well recent & futures moves pan out. It come down to RT & staff to get the most outta what they have now & where they can take it on the ice. I’m neutral on where this roster sits but will say it’s a bubble team at best next season. Need to see a lot more team D improvement & the PK to be not so abysmal. Til that happens nothing will be considered a success to begin the ascending towards competing consistently. Contending isn’t close to being in the picture.

Was hinting at that. He’s in a do or die position with the WC still up for grabs. We can eat Looch for this year. Some say it’s not worth it for the Flames to make a splash but that isn’t what most GM’s wanna do if the pink slip is looming.
