Craig Anderson plan eh?

pretty much. All he has to do is throttle a couple punks a few times, and it's a wrap.

It's a great story, I had the feeling they would start andy in florida , with his family living there.

What's up with the Panthers? Holding steady, selling or Buying at the deadline?

I'm thinking they probably buy and go for it?

I agree with your assessment on the coaching staff.
Who's idea was it to have duclair play so much at such am important time in the game?
Superman wouldnt be able to come back from Achilles surgery and play well.

They’re riding it out. They have no room to be buyers. They would have to make actual “hockey trades”. Duke is their deadline acquisition. Don’t think they’ll sell, either ( unless maybe someone makes them an offer they can’t refuse for Ekblad jk) Zito knew in October he was pretty much gonna have to roll with what he had this season. That was the one and only downside to Tkachuk/Hubie trade, right from then it seemed like the focus was more on next year(s). Which, starting next year, I imagine will make me very happy. Idk how much confidence I have with mo coaching, though.

Maurice would be the tool responsible for personnel/player use decisions.
In defense of said tool, though, Barkov and Bennett were both out last night. Top 2 centers out, big holes to fill
Duclair looked good, too. He’s been ready to come back/practicing with team for a few weeks but they didn’t rush him into a game.

Hey we got saved by a goalie last night. Anderson was lights out. Said they were Celebrating his kids 10th Birthday there last night, couldn't disappoint.

Dahlin-Jensen
Power-Joker
Samuelsson-Lybushkin

Would put that up against any d-corps in the East as long as last years version of Sammy came back down the stretch.

If they did make a move for Jensen, I’d hope it came with an extension.

I still don’t think we should be moving firsts or seconds for rentals

For the UPL fans, it is ok to know that there was a stretch when he played well and a recent stretch where he has not.

https://www.expectedbuffa...hat-is-holding-them-back/

Shifting the focus back to all three goaltenders, here’s a breakdown of their goals saved above expected in all situations in Evolving Hockey’s model through December:

Luukkonen: 2.01
Anderson: 6.46
Comrie: -6.9
As a trio, they were 1.57 goals saved above expected. That’s better goaltending than they’ve gotten at any point in the past few years.

Now, let’s take a look at it since January 1st:

Luukkonen: -8.9
Anderson: -0.04
Comrie: -0.84
That combination is a GSAx of -9.78. That’s the type of goaltending they have been getting over the last few years.

Any concern with Jensen turning 33 before next season starts?

and he's an ufa making 2 million. he's going to want a raise. he's also old. it's a win now move, and I'm all for it. but, then again, I've always been all for upgrading the NHL roster.

Appreciate the inside scoop.

Panthers are far from dead.

Tough missing barkov and Bennett.

Honestly, you probably should have won the game.

Dont respond to my posts. Its really simple.

Home slice came at me to defend his love of reinfart.

If he just kept going, it wouldnt be an issue. Instead he needs to proclaim his love , again and again.

Ever hear me mention risto? Nope. Guys not on the Sabres and I could care less.

Try not to be so miserable, always

UPL shouldn’t be on this team at this point, but the Sabres do not have any other options and that falls at the feet of Kevin Adams and the staff

What about John Gibson? He’s still only 29 and he likely does not want to stick around as the Ducks rebuild. Does UPL have to clear waivers to go down? You could roll with Gibson/Anderson if so. If not, then you kind of keep Anderson as the 3rd goalie spot starter like he has been of late. Comrie can go. He’s clearly the worst of the 3 right now.
