At minimum, don't you have to try to call up a kid or two? Nylander is having a nice year in the A. Waive Kap tomorrow. Should have happened two months ago. |

I’d like to see Sid with Zuck and Rak if we’re arranging chairs lol |

No one even cares. Where’s the big hit? Where’s the scrums after the whistle? So soft. Keep playing your game boys. Lots to like. Team is good on paper. |

He's certainly not been worse than Rust lately.

This is wild stuff Haha.. I figured they were gonna get smoked but this is straight up blazed hahaha
The announcers on this broadcast are saying stuff like "they have games in hand and have been in these situations before" and that they think they'll be fine.... I don't know about that haha |
|
|
|
Im all for “selling” at the deadline. Anyone not named Crosby, Malkin, Guentzel, Rakell, Rust, Letang, or POJ. |

I think I heard a fire hextall chant there. Took this long for the fans to show a pulse. Boo the entire 3rd period. |

Apparently the crowd is chanting "fire Hextall". You could tell the looks on their faces when they gave up the second goal. Will be lucky if they don't give up a few more.

It's a good point, but I can't stand watching Kap play hockey. I can not believe Hextall gave him that contract. |

I agree with this take. I would even shop Rust if it brings a lot back |

Agreed. The construction of this team plus the strength of the East this year- making any noise in the playoffs is a fantasy… so playoff streak be damned- sell anything with value outside of our top 5 forwards and Tanger… obviously the goal is giving the core one last kick at the can… so sure- don’t rebuild- but let’s create some cap space, younger players with term/team control or picks that can be traded in the offseason for said younger players…. Try a refresh for next year- cuz you certainly can’t run this group back next year… |

Really sucks because we do have some kids who have no doubt earned a decent look...DOC, Nylander, Puustinen, Hallander. Guarantee we could make a much better 3rd line with them than what we roll out every night. Cupboard isn't necessarily empty, we just refuse to look in it. |

This is so true. Honestly why do we keep Prospects when they won't get a shot here? Same goes with why should the young talent sign with us if they know they wouldn't get a shot with the big club? They need to sell off our players and let the prospects get a shot. I know Sullivan will take a heart attack, but this team will be better in the long run because of it. |

Wasn’t upset about the offside review at all… at this point I want it to get as ugly as possible to hopefully create some change… |

Rust kinda sucks and they have 5 more years oh him.
Poj….idk he’s better than dumo but he’s really not special. Just cheap and better than others. |

Fire hextall. Let Burke be interim gm rest of year.
Burke makes 3 trades immediately. Press conference he says “these trades have been available since December. Hextall is an idiot.”
One can hope right? |
