If Hex does what he should do and uses this TDL to shed capspace, trade expiring contracts for picks and look to retool in the offseason with an eye on 2023/2024, He won't be the one to do it. He'll be fired

If he wants to save his job he needs to either stand pat and hope the current roster can win at least 2 rounds, or he needs to go all in and at the least look like he's trying to do something

I think he's gone at the end of the year. Most of his "remodel" moves have sucked bad. I don't think he has the flexibility to make enough moves to give this team a punchers chance. They're not getting out of the east. Hell, they're not beating the B's or Carolina. Selling would probably be the wise choice and try fixing things in the offseason when it's a little easier.
