36 already pointed it out, but no roster limit after the TDL, so it wouldn't take an injury. If they get eliminated, he's earned a couple games.

So it would been strategic either way as you are still bumping a player off the roster.

Why has he earned it? He has struggled in the AHL and has problems with the speed of the game. He has gotten better lately but he still struggles.

You know, if the price is right, I can see that being a smooth move for Buffalo. Getting a top 4 guy with term that may have fallen out of favour with a current team. I don't know if Sanheim is any good in Philly but something like that as an example.

Colorado Avalanche star defenseman Cale Makar is back in the concussion protocol, coach Jared Bednar confirmed Tuesday, and is expected to miss at least the next two games.

Bednar announced the update to Makar's status during his weekly appearance with Altitude Sports Radio in Denver. Bednar is expected to address the media later Tuesday.

Makar previously was sidelined for four games with a head injury suffered on Feb. 7 when he took a hit from Pittsburgh's Jeff Carter. He returned to the lineup Saturday when the Avalanche faced the St. Louis Blues but was injured again in a collision with Alexey Toropchenko.

You asked me why its ok for Johnson to be on the roster but not Savioe or Kulich.

Is Kulich better than Olofsson, Jost, Mitts, Girgensons or Okposo? No.

I will give you this. If we are eliminated from the playoffs could we see Kulich get a game? Maybe under the right circumstances where we dont have do waive anyone.

Yes and they likely give that to him, he'll play games this season and burn a year. That said, next season is he top 6? Since we have so many spots you would think so, but if they bring in pieces or if he struggles in the NHL to start it's not like he's guaranteed a spot next year. By then he's already under contract and then can send him back down, so the leverage is for this year and this year only.

I do agree that Kulich and Savoie don't come up next year. I think Kulich has a chance if injuries happen and could see a few games, benefit of being in the AHL. Savoie would benefit from AHL time but likely goes back to junior yet again, maybe comes up after that season ends although I'm always fuzzy on when they can come up, if not it'll be the year after hopefully.

No need to rush them up, let them cook and when they're ready we bring up young cheap players who are hopefully able to contribute.

Idk if the gator was a recent arrival to the neighborhood, but usually an 11 foot gator would be removed from such a location, just because of their size and the danger they could be. If not a recent arrival, the neighborhood must not have called in to have it removed. Gator over 4/5 feet in my neighborhood lake and someone is being called about it.
