Tough one, Jets battled back and win in a shootout but at least it is another point banked here. Going to need all we can and better 1 than none there really. McCann goal was just crazy pinball though, but Dubois got that one back banking it off Dunn.

Have to say though Gru was not looking good at all. Typical Gru. Man I know we are paying him the big salary and contract length but he is absolutely NOT a number 1 in net there and just cant handle a puck. Will come up with some big flashy saves but other times it is ugly. Need Jones in and to get him rolling and hot again.

Thanks. Its been a great season and run. Playoffs would be something, and hey once there anything can happen but honestly this is above expectations and just gonna enjoy the ride for what it is.

It’s just me, I’m the only (former) Canuck fan who left that thread. It wasn’t because the Canucks are bad, it’s because the people in there are toxic and the management team/ownership is so disfunctional that they are horrible to employees (at least publically) and don’t deserve the respect from the fans.

The only reason I was ever a Canuck fans was because of geography, and Seattle is about the same distance from Victoria as Vancouver is.

Wings were coming in hit but thankfully the boys were ready. On a night we needed the win with Calgary, Vegas, and LA all winning we got a win. Right in the thick of it all. 3 up on Edmonton now and 7 on Calgary. One point back of LA with a game in hand there and only two points back of Vegas.

So was today's Oul vs Avs game but Avs with the great comeback. Campbell still being Campbell there. Honestly was watching and could see it coming.

Brutal outing today vs the Sharks. Jones was bad, team was bad, bad breaks and puck bounces. Just one of those quicksand games. Not at all what we wanted as a result or the effort today and we wasted a chance to really put two points on the board there. Jones sitting just made him go cold yet again, not good there.

Has he already done a conditioning stint? I’m not sure Francis will be willing to give Jones term considering Gru has several more years.

Driedger one more year at $3.5m, that’s a hefty ticket for a team that needs a backup/maybe starter with injury issues. I think he clears.

There may be more Canuck posters here for the playoffs as the Canucks won’t have one for years to come it seems. The new order is to use the season as an extended training camp. Fun times. Anyway Krak deserve a shot at the limelight they have been doing things well.
