Feels like the Blues must have gotten, at least, close to what they wanted for him to trade him almost a month ahead of the deadline. Otherwise they would've waited it out.

Not necessarily..Tarasenko said would only waive his NTC for Rangers...Isles and Devils with Isles obviously out of it with Horvat signing and no young assets to offer

Believe D Niko Mikkola is part of the deal with Tarasenko from #stlblues to #NYR, which adds some context to Libor Hajek being placed on waivers.

Sammy Blais is going back to #stlblues from NYR.

Still working on details on the full return.
