I would say anything involving politics. Its like coming in and watching two groups of retarded monkeys trying to tell each other why they are right in explaining how to (frank) a doorknob

To clarify I wasn't making a political statement. I just don't understand why a top government official would take a job with the NHL.

I thought that the reason Mangiapane's goal stood was because he did deflect it with his skate, but the slight kicking motion happened AFTER the deflection, and he didn't make second contact with the "kick".
I was sure that the goal would be called back when we watched the replays live, but then I could see what the delay was about; if you only watch the initial contact and bounce off the skate. You can turn your skate to deflect the puck.

The Flames have been boned by the refs on similar plays earlier this season so it was nice to have a call go your way for once.

his foot moves towards the goal in a kicking motion before the puck reaches him. fairly certain. if this was a ranger scoring it i'd say the same thing.

Honestly, I thought it would go either way and wasn't even bothered they called it a goal. I just think like someone else mentioned, as long as you arent throwing the puck in the net, call everything a goal. No ambiguity

How much bigger could it be? Plus aren't government jobs combined with like best benefits in the world plus a ridiculous pension?

A board member of my company worked for NYS and the federal govt as a high ranking official and told me not to work for the govt unless you're rich. Says a lot about the current state of affairs
