It doesn't seem as though you are aware of what the Flyers are doing. They are only refunding the cost of three April games for STH if they renew their tickets for the 23/24 season. It's essentially a sale on a handful of games in order to sell tickets for the following season. It has squat to do with what they plan to do at the deadline. It's not even a refund. They will direct the money towards tickets for next season.
The Flyers are giving STH holders 3 free games if they renew their tickets and you think that shows what they're going to do at the trade deadline. It has nothing to do with the trade deadline. It's about the Flyers ticket sales and attendance dwindling down.
So it's the Rangers rebuild minus a Fox and Panarin.

Ok fine, we'll go with your theory, that the Flyers having lost a significant amount of money this year because of decline in ticket sales and concessions, will do absolutely nothing different expect offer fans a discount on a couple of games, since the Flyers feel that is all it will take to peak fan interest in the team for the remainder of this season and next. Hey, I guess they can schedule another Pride night and Lindros bobblehead night, that will get the fans back, right?
