Buffalo Trace is everywhere up here. Relatively cheap, too.

Personally, I prefer Maker’s Mark.

Makers is a staple.....cant go wrong with that. My problem was never the brand of bourbon, i just dont know when to stop lol

If he does not want a long term deal that works with the Isles numbers, they will just flip him at the deadline and get more than they gave up. I really do not see anything negative about this trade. Maybe he has awesome chemistry with Barzal and wants to stay? What is most important is getting maximum return for Mayfield, Bailey, Lee, clutterbuck, martin and or wahlstrom once they are out of the playoffs come deadline. Team needs speed and youth.

Nobody is giving us anything for Martin, Clutterbuck(who is most likely out for the season), Bailey(joke?), or Wahlstrom who is also probably out for the season. Lee is not being traded that’s not happening. We just traded a first in a strong draft and our best, young, fwd prospect for a soon to be 28 year old in a trade you applauded. Yet you end your post we need speed and youth. Confusing post.

Tends to depend on what you're doing with it. Mixing, Wild Turkey and MM are my go to. Sipping, Angel's Envy is pretty good. There are just so damn many. (I prefer Tequila though)

Three more years after this one, and it’s money well (frank)ing spent.

Plus after Joe there was a parade of bumholes running the show. The only reason they are half way decent is all the top draft choices they have from sucking ass so long.

I guess the positive in all this is that if in a month they arent close to making the post season Lou can sell off assets and re coup some picks. This is why signing UFA's are so important. You're adding assets without giving up something. Those assets can always be flipped for picks. The Rangers were pro's at it.

Let's hope they sign Horvat before that happens or he might change his mind.

Which Bourbon? Buffalo Trace in the states is like trying to find a unicorn. My buddies in Canada say its everywhere, but in the states you gotta get lucky. There's one called Rabbit Hole thats amazing, but its $89 a bottle. My weekly Bourbon is Larceny which is prob the best bang for the buck.

Not really a regular bourbon drinker but I got a bottle of Blanton's as a gift and dipped into it last weekend. Enjoyed it.

We’re Islander fans. We’ve been alcoholics for over twenty years and have moved onto heavy drugs right after the Horvat trade.

You guys keep forgetting it's a protected pick. If they lose bad enough they can still keel it. Don't want that to happen but anything is possible.

Was my favorite for years. Then I think Covid made alcohol sales skyrocket and the demand outgrew the supply and it’s like $200+ a bottle. I learned the hard way last year getting it at a steakhouse and it was $50 a glass. Phuck that
