Cullye has been pulled put of AHL all star game, leading everybody to believe he'll be recalled
- jimbro83

All star game is Feb 5-6, which coincides when rangers return to practice and their first game. Wonder though what that means for Blais

I’d think he’s part of a cap dump somehow. We gonna need all of 1.5 is it?

If Cuylle sticks as a regular that would be enormous. Right now I have a hard believing GG will trust him in the playoffs just yet tho. That’s the one thing I’ll agree with the haters on, he doesn’t trust the kids enough, especially Kravtsov. I see that said in other places too. Sometimes you just have let mistakes happen and not punish a guy for them. Penalties are one thing, but a missed coverage or something they’ll learn by doing.

I 100% think they should put Kravtsov on the top line with Panarin and Zib until the deadline to see how he does. If he plays well that eliminates the need to add a top 6 winger.

Let’s see what happens after the break. It could very well be they’ll try that. He’s a still a question mark this late into the season ffs

Panarin Zib Kravtsov
Laf Chytil Kakko
Kreider Trocheck Goodrow
Ritchie Barbashev Vesey

Lauzon or similar 3rd pair LHD

Is much deeper/Stanley cup ready than just adding a superstar (Kane/Tarasenko/whoever u want) and still rolling out Gauthier Lyschysn and whoever on the 4th line with Ben Harpour and Hajek as the 6th and 7th dmen. Bc if u swing for the fences on a Kane/Tarasenko etc there won’t be much left over to add depth

Tarasenko is probably who they’ll end up with. Even Kane 50% may be too much for them to add. Tarasenko is a bit cheaper

I just worry we won’t have a enough scoring, which is what did us in last year

To be accurate, I'd say what did us in was nobody attacking the middle of the ice. Our offense was always around the perimeter. That is still our problem when the offense dries up now a lot of the time. I'm not sure how much Tarasenko would change that.
I hope it does if that is the direction we go!

I think we’ll get a more improved Trocheck in the playoffs, or a luckier one. He could have a bunch more goals without the pipes being in the way. He was a pain in the ass vs us last year

Trochek and Aho killed us. I'm also looking forward to having Trochek in the playoffs.
