haha, I was just reading an article about NHL rating's plummeting and the rationale is that it doesn't appeal to diverse audiences enough

and at the same time I see WNBA ratings are poop, but they never reverse the rationale, they never say that league should try to appeal to fat lazy white guys

i think they are losing fans from the whole ESPN+ model being a poop show... People talk a big game about how they're going to stop watching X Y or Z for those silly reasons you mentioned but there's no evidence to support that actually takes place in practice. Anyone on here who has complained about that poop, are you guys still watching? How many people on here use illegal streams? I bet the answer to the second question is much higher than the first.

The only way to gain fans is make hockey popular among kids and cheaper, whether its small clubs etc.. in areas that it isnt popular. All the other stuff is just noise. They could literally put strippers at every break of a soccer game and I wouldn't watch it, because soccer is the most god awful boring thing to watch.

The only way to gain fans is make hockey popular among kids and cheaper, whether its small clubs etc.. in areas that it isnt popular. All the other stuff is just noise. I have the center ice package so I'm not one to ask, but yeah streaming ESPN+ is absolutely annoying as (frank)
