Yes. Lots of peaks in my bag.

It can suck - rest, water, ibuprofen and for god sake fight the urge to have a drink.

Weird how it affects some and not others. I have family and work associates in Denver. Travelled, stayed and hiked all through the mountains in Colorado top to bottom and have never had an issue.

From the last blog:

Over the glass should be a penalty.

It is not done "with intent" now because it's a penalty. However, if anyone watched hockey in the 70s and 80s it was definitely done intentionally most of the time to stop the play and get out of trouble. It's actually hard to watch the old games with all the over the glass, pinning it against the boards, clutch and grab assing....game stoppage was all the time.

I watch a Leaf game now, it's about 2 hours, in the 70s or 80s 3-3.5 hrs easy.

Also, it should never be an issue to review ALL penalties in game on replay since games are all so close and league "parity" is so well regarded, each goal is a game changer. Get it right. Easy solution is to have an off-ice ref watching, as they all skate to the penalty box, that ref could give the final thumbs up or thumbs down. Done. Why the (frank) not???

Totally agree about the puck over glass. Players just can't do that. If it creates a PP, great.

Will depend on height and activity. O2 gets thin enough that some will feel it above 8k if they're being active (skiing/climbing). I've done a lot of alpine climbing ..tend to feel it a little bit over 10k on climbs and a lot more over 12k.

Totally - and I'm sure we're all presuming Wedgie is a 6 pack in before he even gets off his flight.

Oddly enough, airplanes are the only places I don’t like to drink.

I always feel sick afterwards.

Everyone left this morning at 8 am.

My goal was to be on the hill by 10 am.

Had breakfast, went back to bed. Pushed goal to noon.

At noon, threw in towel. New goal was to walk around town at 2 pm.

I’m still in bed.

It’s a crazy feeling - like having a bad cold, but no coughing, sneezing or puking.

Was at 13,000 feet yesterday. Just standing was exhausting.

And I franking forgot to take a picture next to the sign.

Over the years I’ve fished in multiple locations for trout as high as 12,000ft plus in July and August. Lots of hiking with gear, so pretty active. Maybe the big fishies helped

Maybe you have something else going on.

I’m sure there’s on of those O2 bars there somewhere. Go sit at one and get your fix.

I just want to do God’s will. And He’s allowed me to go up the mountain. And I’ve looked over. And I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know that, we as a people, will get to the promised land.

We will follow Wedgie. Whatever mountain you climb, we will follow.

The wife has had a heart condition for years and the doctor says besides the potential death thing it is like an extreme version of altitude sickness due to the lack of oxygenated blood. She's tired a lot of the time and feels generally poopty a lot of the time.

It definitely sounds like altitude sickness brother. Your body should adapt....or so they say unless you have a condition that exacerbates it.

Get an O2 sensor and check you 02 levels in the blood, could be a fun exercise.

Also, maybe you want/need to also get checked out to make sure you don't have another issue?

Just my two cents, keep the change

If the Leafs were an 80s Rap Group, they'd be Kid N Play.

Kid N Play would / will never win a Playoff Series.

Seen a good joke on the FB. Isreali doctor says our medicine is so advanced we can put a guys testicles on another man and in 6 weeks he's looking for work, German doctor is all like that's nothing, we can take a piece of brain out, put it into another and he'll be looking for work in only 4 weeks. Ukrainian doctor tries to trump them by saying they can swap out a heart and buddy would be looking for work in a mere 2 weeks.

Alas the Canadian pipes up and says I have you all beat. About 4 years ago we took a man with no brains, no heart, and no balls, made him Prime Minister and now the whole country is looking for work.

Yeah, doesn’t really work with the punch line that the whole country is looking for work since the unemployment rate is so low. I’d go with something like ripping away all our freedoms or something vague like that.
